AP Exam Grouping 1. Click on the GROUPING button (yellow hand next to the red square with letter A) 2. Click on the circle with the letter D 3. Click on the empty stations 4. Click on the A in the Red Square Listening Comprehension 1. Under Programme Source select CD Audio 2. Under Programme Transfer click on MANUAL 3. Click on the green play button under CD Audio 4. At the end of the Listening Comprehension click on the blue square STOP button under the CD Audio 5. Click on MANUAL to turn it off Speaking Section 1. Under Test on the Menu Bar select AP Exam 2. Under Source select CD Audio Use Session call button to give all direction 3. Under “Entering Student ID” – Click Start (students will enter their AP number using the bookmark keys on their Duo’s) 4. When all AP Numbers have been entered Click Stop 5. Under “Testing of Audio & Recordings” Click Sample (the CD will begin to play – just play the first few seconds) 6. Click Stop 7. Ask students to state the date, their AP number and the test they are taking – Click on Record 8. After the students have made theur recording – Click Stop 9. Click on Replay – when you see the Duo’s stop (they become a square) then Click on Stop Beginning the Exam 10. Under Exam – Click on Start 11. When exam is over click on Stop 12. Click on Collect – Collect files as you normally do. Collecting The Student Recordings 1. Go to TEST on the Menu Bar 2. Select RESPONSE RECORDINGS 3. On the right hand side of the monitor Under the word COLLECT Click on the START button 4. A “TEST NAME” dialogue box will open – Type in the AP TEST (Language) 2008 5. Click on OK 6. Click on CLOSE The files will be collected and stored in the RESPONSES folder on the desktop. BURNING FILES TO CD USING WINDOWS 1. Double Click on STUDENT RESPONSES folder on the desktop 2. Locate folder from exam and double click to open 3. Right Click on file and Select COPY 4. Go to Start/My Computer 5. Click on My Computer 6. Double Click on CD-RW 7. In the new windows that pops up, right Click and Select PASTE 8. Click on WRITE THESE FILES TO CD 9. Type in AP# under CD Name, Click NEXT 10. Select DATA CD, Click on NEXT 11. Click FINISH when done.

6. Double Click on CD-RW
7. In the new windows that pops up, right Click and Select PASTE
8. Click on WRITE THESE FILES TO CD
9. Type in AP# under CD Name, Click NEXT
10. Select DATA CD, Click on NEXT
11. Click FINISH when done.
